Not at all. All you need is curiosity. Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience, Torro is designed to support you at every stage.

Absolutely. All classes are open to everyone and are a great way to experience the studio before considering a membership.

What is the difference between classes and membership?
Classes are open to anyone who wants to explore a new discipline or develop specific techniques. Membership gives you unlimited access to the studio during opening hours, allowing you to practice freely at your own pace. Members also benefit from preferred rates across classes, events, and shop items.

How does the Taster membership work?
The Taster is a one-month membership designed to experience Torro before committing longer term. It operates on a pay-as-you-produce model, with material costs detailed on the Membership page and in our Terms & Conditions.

When do I get access to my account/dashboard?
Once you register for your first class, you will receive a welcome email with simple steps to create your account and access your dashboard, where you can manage bookings and passes.
Question 6
Can I bring my own materials to the studio?
You are welcome to bring your own materials and tools for painting, photography, and design. For pottery, all materials are provided by the studio to ensure consistency and safety in glazing and firing processes. If you feel something is missing, we are always open to feedback.
Question 7
What is the cancellation policy for classes?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full class rate.
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel in advance to allow others the opportunity to book.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, memberships can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.

Yes, you can gift classes, courses, or memberships through our Gift Cards.
